If you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, we will process your refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
It may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. If you haven't received the refund within 7 business days, contact your credit card company or bank.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the damaged areas. For orders with minimal damage that has not affected the overall quality of the book (light scratches, etc.), we may ask you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement. If we are replacing an item that was numbered, please include a photo of the number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your item.
