Why hasn't my order arrived?
If you have an account on our site, you can log in to check the status of your order by scrolling to the bottom of the page to the "ORDERS" section. It's listed under "FULFILLMENT STATUS" for the corresponding order.
If your item has shipped and you haven't received a tracking number, try searching your spam box for email@example.com.
Is it a pre-order? To check determine if your purchase has been released, go to the item's page in our store and make sure it doesn't say "PRE-ORDER" under the "ADD TO CART" button.
If you are an international customer, your item was shipped more than two weeks ago, and has still not arrived, try contacting your local postal service. At this time, we are unable to provide tracking for packages once they leave the US, but your local post office may have additional information. It doesn't happen often, but larger packages can get held up at customs.
My order was damaged in shipping. Can you replace it?
Can I combine orders that I placed at different times?
Unfortunately, our web store does not allow us to combine orders. If this feature does become available, we will be sure to update the FAQ!
Why are all of your books limited-run?
Having shorter runs enables us to put quality over quantity and ensures that each release is truly something worth owning.
Will you publish my book?
No. All of the books we produce are conceived and created by Melodic Virtue exclusively.
Why are your limited-run books not available at Amazon or in stores?
Selling our books direct allows us to better compensate each band or artist featured. We love music and value the artists we help celebrate.
