Why hasn't my order arrived?
If you have an account on our site, you can log in to check the status of your order by scrolling to the bottom of the page to the "ORDERS" section. It's listed under "FULFILLMENT STATUS" for the corresponding order. You can also check the status of your order by clicking the "view your order" button in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after purchasing.
Is it a pre-order? To determine if your purchase has been released, go to the item's page in our store and make sure it doesn't say "PRE-ORDER" under the "ADD TO CART" button.
If you are an international customer, your item was shipped more than two weeks ago, and has still not arrived, try contacting your local postal service. It doesn't happen often, but packages can get held up at customs.
My order was damaged in shipping. Can you replace it?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please refer to our refund policy.
I moved. Can I update my shipping address?
Can I combine orders that I placed at different times?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to combine orders.
Why are all of your books limited-run?
Having shorter runs enables us to put quality over quantity and ensures that each release is truly something worth owning.
Why are your limited-run books not available at Amazon or in stores?
Selling our books direct allows us to better compensate each band or artist featured. We love music and value the artists we help celebrate.
Can I have a digital download of the song featured on the flexi disc? What about an e-book?
No. We only create physical, limited-run products.
Will you publish my book?
No. All of the books we release are created by Melodic Virtue exclusively.
Are you currently hiring interns?
At this time, no. However, this may change in the future. Please check back!
Do I have permission to reprint content from one of your books?
