According to our contact at USPS, several distribution centers are experiencing issues which are causing our packages to be rerouted/incorrectly routed and severely delayed. And in a lot of instances, tracking simply isn’t updated until it’s out for delivery. But rest assured, if your package is in fact lost, we will make it right. And as much as it sucks, please just give it some extra time.
Until further notice, all international orders will be shipped via DHL Express, and all domestic orders will only be shipped USPS Priority.
